I don't know the tractor numbers very well. I am looking for a small tractor (about 15 HP) preferably with 4WD that has 3 pt and pto. I want to use it to till and plant 1-2 rows at a time of vegetables. ....

Check out the Kubota B7300. Its a hydrostatic drive, 4wd, (very) compact tractor. I've had mine since Jan 99 and have done some relatively impossible landscaping work with a 4' box and 16 hp. I also use it to mow my back yard (60" belly mower) and my son uses it to do some yardwork in our neighborhood. It has a Cat 1 3pt and should be all of the tractor you should ever need.
